Communication regarding the status of Commissioner Vernali and 555 California Appeal.

 

4. NEW APPEAL (ACTION)

Appeal 10-08                                                          Jonathan Rodriguez

One Maritime Plaza

This is an appeal for the ratification of an unreasonable hardship. The Schindler Elevator Company is planning to install a Destination-based Elevator Car Call control system at this location. These controls do not conform to the current California Building Code (CBC) Section 1116B requirements. The appellant is making the case that these controls provide equivalent facilitation based upon compliance with all but one of the requirements of the San Francisco Administrative Bulletin AB-090.

 

6. DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE ACTION ON ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS

Commissioners’ and Staff’s open discussion to identify new agenda items and current agenda items to be continued to another regular commission meeting, or special meeting. Commission discussion and possible action regarding administrative issues related to access appeals.
