3. Approval of the Minutes

Motion to approve the minutes of December 13, 2012 by Mr. Herrera and seconded by Ms. Howard. All are in favor. None opposed. Motion carries. No comments from the public.

Ms. Kelly asked if there were any public comments on items not on the agenda. None. Public Comment closed.

5. Closure and Adjournment

Ms. Kelly closed and adjourned the meeting at 10:48 a.m.
