This appeal is a denial of an unreasonable hardship request. The Port of San Francisco denied the use of a Lula Limited Application  Elevator in lieu of a fully compliant elevator. The project consists of renovation of an existing two story restaurant and music club. The appellant is requesting an unreasonable hardship be granted based on cost and the Lula Limited Application Elevator would provide equal facilitation.
